Eating for Fitness

On 10/5, Coach Rut gave a most excellent seminar on covering the topic of eating in the zone - (ie: eating a balanced ratio of carbs, proteins and good fats - how it works and why it works.) I know from experience that when I make a concentrated effort to eat this way, the rewards are huge!

Also - I've been staying in the zone about 70% of the time... sometimes I really have to fight to stay with it though (I have a monster appetite from hell) and I keep feeling like I need to cut the fat % down a little bit.
